Delivery
We will generally deliver orders placed before 4:30pm, during normal business hours on the next working day, within the UK. If you are located in the Scottish Highlands and Islands or the Scilly Isles and the Isle of Wight, please allow 2-3 days for delivery. You should allow 3-5 days for large items (e.g. furniture & machines) and 10 days for products shown on the site as "supplied to special order". It is not usually possible for us to arrange delivery on a weekend or bank holiday. Delivery is free on all orders but any order for less than £35 will be subject to a small order charge of £4.95 (certain items such as furniture, safes and some electrical equipment are not covered by the delivery policy and may incur additional charges).
Where normal delivery is likely to be delayed by more than five days we will e-mail or call you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
You should ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If nobody is available to take receipt of the delivery we reserve the right to charge £6.99 for each additional delivery attempt to cover additional administration and delivery costs.
Delivery of furniture items and floor safes are to ground floor only. With regard to safes, arrangements can be made for some safes to be installed on a different floor but this needs to be clarified with customer services before you purchase and may be subject to an additional charge.
We deliver to the UK, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address or export abroad.
