The DisplayPort to DVI-I Active adapter connects the DisplayPort source to the display featuring a DVI socket. This durable adapter plugs into a DisplayPort source, creating a DVI socket which allows connection to a DVI display via a DVI cable without compromising the quality of visual and audio experience. The hot plug detection means there is no need to restart the computer and the integrated chip provides active digital to analog conversion.
