Are your textile badge necklaces adjustable for lengthening or shortening? Also, the specified length is 440mm - does that refer to the whole length of the necklace, or is that the length that it hangs down from the neck?

I can confirm that the necklaces aren't adjustable and that 440mm is the length of the whole necklace.
