Does the dispenser need to be plugged in to cool

Hi Karen,
It does need to be plugged in for the cool option & there is a water sterilisation kit that is advised to be used once a year.

Ideal for the office, you can keep your employees and guests fully refreshed at all times with this stand alone water dispenser. Featuring two separate taps for cool or cold water, the unit delivers pure, invigorating water. A non spill system allows you to change bottles with the minimum of fuss. The 15 litre bottle sits on top of the cooler and fills the 2.8 litre cooler reservoir as and when the water is used. This is a freestanding dispenser that is not plumbed in, the water bottles are sold separately.
