Returns - Restocking Fee Applies
For AOS Furniture Supplies or items shipped directly from the manufacturer, a 35% restocking fee applies, with a minimum charge of £25 +VAT. For Workwear Supplies, the restocking fee is 25%, with a minimum charge of £5.95 +VAT. All returned goods must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Business machines and electrical items can only be returned if the packaging is unopened. Additional terms apply to dated products please refer to our full returns information for details.

- Sine and saves you in many ways. Firstly it contains both battery and pads in one simple to replace cartridge meaning there is only ever one expiry date and only ever one component to replace. Rather than having a large and heavy battery Heart
- Sine have come up with the single-event pad-pak concept that is lightweight and easy to change. After an event you have to replace the pads on any defibrillator – so its no harder to replace a pad-pak. And this means less weight, less cost, less confusing overlapping expiring components. If you have a genuine event where you use your AED in a rescue Heart
- Sine will give you a replacement pad-pak free of charge (subject to some simple terms and conditions)
