Returns - Restocking Fee Applies
For AOS Furniture Supplies or items shipped directly from the manufacturer, a 35% restocking fee applies, with a minimum charge of £25 +VAT. For Workwear Supplies, the restocking fee is 25%, with a minimum charge of £5.95 +VAT. All returned goods must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. - Height adjustable backrest via the ratchet mechanism. Simply lift the backrest to activate.

- Lumbar pump can be used to adjust the firmness of lumbar support
- Seat slide can be used to adjust the depth of the seat and provide support to the back of the legs.
