Other suppliers offer a 2 year warranty option on the Q-Connect Q10CC2 Paper Shredder but i cannot see this on your site. Please could you confirm if this is available from AOS and how i sellect it.

I can confirm that there is a 1 year warranty on this shredder/cutters, you do not need to select this as this will be valid as soon as you have received the product.
